About Last Mile Brewery and our Mission
Our Rapid City taproom opened on August 23, 2023 and is located at 5734 Sheridan Lake Road, Suite 207 (by Wings and Rings). We sell "off sale" 32oz and 64oz growlers/refills and 32oz crowlers to go and pints and flights to enjoy in house or on our quaint patio. For those that enjoy a glass of wine, we carry 8 of our favorite local wines from Firehouse Wine Cellars. We serve light snacks and plan to soon have a variety of rotating food trucks. Coming soon, Grounded Coffee Co. @Last Mile opening in April 2024! Now be able to be in the great same space to drink coffee/espresso, Lotus energy, smoothies, etc. in the mornings. Stay tuned for official hours and details!
The mission of Last Mile Brewery is to deliver great-tasting, clean-finishing beers using tried-and-true recipes. We also like to be creative and launch new brews from time to time! The brewhouse focuses on establishing a core lineup of beers which appeal to broad groups of people and create a reputation for delivering consistency and excellence.
A little about who we are. When we first established until recently, we were also available in local Rapid City restaurants bars and establishments including Pour 54, Bin 605, The Monument, Bar K-9, Iron Phnx, Jolly Lane greenhouse, Elks golf course, Labbies (Watertown, SD), Cadillac Jack's (Deadwood, SD). Since our taproom opening on August 23rd, 2023, Last Mile beers are exclusively available at our Taproom location only.
Some of our rotating beers include; Not-Oberfest-German Amber, Mondo Citro - DIPA, Blueberry Cream Ale, Peach Mango, Coffee Stout, Peanut Butter Brown Ale, Chocolate Marshmallow Porter, Boysenberry Wheat and Grapefruit Radler, but it's ever-changing, hurry in. We hope to see you soon!
